Concept Art / CGI / Game Art

Description of the second semester objectives
For the first time, we wanted our students from the three specializations to work together on common worlds, each in their respective field of expertise.


The concept art students produced the concepts, which were then used by our CGI students to create video teasers, and by our Game Art students to develop video game prototypes.

OBJECTIVES

Produce 4 common worlds where students from the 3 specializations worked colloboratively

PROJECT DURATION

3 months period for Concept Art

4 months period for CGI

5 months period for Game Art

NUMBER OF STUDENTS

3-5 per Concept Art team

2-4 per CGI team

7-9 per Game Art team

MAIN SOFTWARE

Photoshop, 3DSMax, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Marvelous Designer, Rizom UV, Unreal Engine 5
